Throughout this website you will find ‘tricks’ which are not there to be tested; they have already been approved by all those who have had a hand in developing the Feel+® programme, including people just like you who have discovered and practiced it before you.
It is your job to dip into these practical tips, to see if this or that ‘trick’ will help you. All the men who have participated in the Feel+ programme recommend, for example, planning exercise and walking sessions, which helps to avoid forgetfulness, tiredness or… laziness! If some group members change the time and day, make sure you or other members of the group ‘block’ two or three time slots every week, despite the weather (i.e., in wind or snow!) It is up to you to find what tricks will work for you.
